OUR STORY

Since 2013, talentos has pioneered the connection of Latin American talent with Germany's mobility industry, bolstered by academia-industry alliances

Our collaboration with the German Federal Ministry of Research and Education has been key in fostering these partnerships. Managing the AWARE Center at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, we've effectively connected top engineering students from Latin American universities with leading figures in the German mobility sector, promoting a robust exchange of skills and knowledge.

Building on our decade-long experience, talentos is elevating its mission to match graduates with full-time roles in Germany, promising a tripartite benefit. This initiative not only propels career prospects for Latin American talent but also strengthens Germany's innovation and cultural diversity, establishing a reciprocal flow of skills, knowledge, and economic advantages.

Since 2013, I have served as the Managing Director of the Bavarian Center for Applied Research and Technology with Latin America at the Technical University of Ingolstadt, Germany. I have taken immense pleasure and passion in fostering sustainable connections between students from Latin America and our partner companies in Bavaria. Throughout this time, I have borne witness to the immense human potential and the high quality of education provided by our partner universities in Latin America. With the overwhelmingly positive response from our German partner companies, I am now deeply motivated to elevate this venture to the next level, connecting highly qualified international talents to the German job market at the graduate level.

I started my first successful collaboration between Germany and Brazil back in 2011, as a full-time professor at Federal University of Paraná for Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision Systems. This first collaboration evolved to our extremely successful Bavarian Center for Applied Research and Technology with Latin America (AWARE). In 2017, I was invited by Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt to be the head of industry academia cooperation between Germany and Brazil. Having personally experienced how relocating to another country can bring life-changing opportunities, and possessing deep knowledge of applied research and the educational system in Brazil, motivated me to initiate talentos. While there is a growing shortage of highly qualified professionals in Germany, I am a daily witness to the increasing desire of professionals from emerging countries to seek better opportunities abroad.

Coming from Argentina, my entrepreneurial journey began with the successful launch of an Industry 4.0 tech startup, earning me recognition as an Innovator Under 35 Europe by the MIT Technology Review. This milestone ignited my passion for driving progress within the technological landscape. Motivated by a desire to uplift professionals from my home country, I set out on an enriching path, navigating the academic realm, and leveraging my entrepreneurial acumen. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at one of the world's premier universities, I aim to blend my experiences and knowledge, serving as a catalyst for Latin American talent. My personal transition to Germany, without external support, drives my dedication to bridge this gap for others. I grasp the transformative potential that such a move holds and aspire to guide and empower individuals through this life-changing transition. Through talentos, I envision enabling a brighter future for both the skilled professionals and the German job market.
